Salary: £34,000 – £40,000

Fast growing business looking for a Digital Paid Media lead. Big opportunity for the right candidate as this role will develop into a senior role. This is working for a brand and not an Agency.

Candidate should have 2 years experience in Paid Ads.

The role pays £33,000 plus per year depending on experience.

Initially, the right candidate will be responsible for all paid media channels from Social to Google and will involve implementing strategies, planning, managing budgets to the CPA. We will also be looking for the right candidate to monitor competitors and the industry as a whole, so as to identify trends and opportunities for growth on the paid digital channels.

We will of course be relying on the right candidate to implement testing to find the right tactics and profitable campaigns.

This Hybrid role but the right candidate would be expected to work 2 days a week in-house and 3 days remote

 

Responsible for

  • Paid Ads – Creation of Paid Ads for search engines such as Google and social media channels from Instagram to Facebook
  • Creating strategies for the paid ads in the Google and social media
  • Working with the team on the CRO and other areas such as email marketing for when there is a tie in such as building the email subscribers
  • Helping develop the brand on the paid media channels as well as selling the products
  • Managing the budget for the paid ads
  • Working and reporting to the Directors in both the strategy and providing reports

 

Who we want

  • Paid media specialist who has a proven record in performance on various channels
  • Knowledge and capability on Google Ads and Google properties and Facebook Ads, TikTok and Social media channels
  • Ecommerce experience for an Agency or company
  • Helping develop the brand on the paid media channels as well as selling the products
  • Managing the budget for the paid ads
  • Data Analytical skills
  • Able to use Canva or even better Photoshop
